The boots were just plain black ones I borrowed from Soul. I used Krylon brand spray paint for plastic to make the bottoms white. I found this at a craft store. Then I used white matte vinyl and buckles from the fabric store for the straps. Definitely take them for a test run before a con to find out where the weak parts are in the construction so they stay together for you at a con. Hope this helps. -Maka
