I used the "find teammate" function and found a guy who was stupid good at the gene glitch pulling people into the boxes. The purple squares are unbreakable with the spot in the middle beaing breakable. He'd consistently get at least one person stuck, sometimes 2 making winning a 3v2 or 3v1 a joke. You dont need wall break because gene's pull on the way back is a wall break.

Imo, Soul Collector mode is the most enjoyable temporary mode they released in a while. Here's my thoughts on it: If you take whole bugs and exploits bullshit with modifiers it is pretty much the easiest mode to push your trophies with friends, it takes everything that was cool about Bounty, adds new mechanics and creates new strategies. I like that players must focus not only on killing, but also on collecting the souls. I think this promotes teamwork, as players must work together to confirm kills and ensure their team wins. If teammates do not cooperate and not collecting souls, it will lead to frustrating losses despite a higher kill count. Lack of individual responsibility is detrimental to the overall success of the team. In theory, you can solo carry the entire team, but in practice, you'll just be confirming kills for your opponents. Unlike some of the other modes, Soul Collector encourages players to play more aggressively and collect souls, althought you can't just spawn trap your opponent and win, because you need to collect souls of killed players, yk. It encourages agressive play, but prevents spawn trapping and I fw that. Collecting tokens exposes players to being hit by the enemy. This means that while players are trying to confirm kills, they themselves will be more vulnerable to death, so you need to strategically choose whether or not to try to secure the kill at a given moment. This adds strategic depth to it. Soul Collector, again, in my opinion, offers a unique combination of teamwork and dynamic gameplay and is one of the best modes that the Brawl Stars team has implemented in recent times. I wish that this mode was permanent, because last week I've played only ranked and Soul collector and I DO ENJOY IT. (ofc if you forget about, kinda stupid maps, and bugs/exploits with modifiers)

A few strategies / bugs / abuses this video did not cover: - In that particular map you can trap the penny turret to make it invincible (debends on matchup obviously) - You could also trap your team with a gale or bait the enemy to trap themselves since 2v3 is almost always a free win - Just play clash of clans and defend your corner with a lead, ain't nobody gonna get your soul in an open map from a 8bit pam hell - Willow, tara, lily are really good picks for getting the 1 kill you need to win - The bushy map that is on rn is kind of just tank chaos...

Now i am going to drop all my 15 1k or higher brawlers down. I got 6,6 and 8 drops in all contests and faced 90k players. Can you please explain the matchmaking system a little bit more in detail? Am I out of the pool of the sweats if all my former 1k brawler are at 999, or do i have to drop them to for example 980, 950 or 900?

It’s actually pretty easy to pull someone into the middle as gray. They can’t destroy the cover either so they stuck stuck. I was able to tuck a gene and kenji in one game. We just bullied the tick after.

Personally i prefer this mode over the siege one. Here me and my friends were able to win 13 times out of 15 without any bugs. We were using Fang, Gene and Penny. In siege it was all about Grom, which one is gonna finish the safe first.

I agree Soul Collector is cool also the recent Payload with the mine carts. Payload reworked the defending role from Heist to play an active escort role. Soul Collector and Payload are less about meta and more about true adapting skill. In games like Spirit Wars, Heist and some Hot Zones, players designate themselves to the least effort roles, then when it goes bad, they start emoting like they deserve to be on the winning team. Spirit Wars just gives the win to whoever has the better exploits of metas and bugs. It's almost like those games where you arrange attack formations and then watch for 3 minutes, as the game tells you if you won or not

The split or steal analogy is incorrect. If both players (or all x players) share an amount of wins, each player gets 20 star drops If a player goes to exceed, they get 20 star drops. The analogy works only before shared first place

not too far in yet but i also find it dumb that the rebirth revive actually just respawns after a certain amount of time, not just on charlie (at first i assumed u revive and then ANY death after that you die but sooner or later you revive again) saw a dyna on my friend's game go like 7-0 instead of 7-4 because of that revive if im mistaken and this was how rebirth was meant to work lmk because i would assume you wouldn't be able to infinitely rebirth if you wait like 20 seconds also yeah on my alts i had like 1-3 tickets left and since it's like 5 ish hours until the contest is over just sit there, worked twice on 3 alts so far so should be fine enough

honestly i hate soul collector but the other two gamemode I played with randoms I got 20 drops but soul collector I got 6 drops the randoms are just bad for the other mode,you can win with some brawlers even with bad randoms(but you do lose,but it more like 70/30) but soul collector,you get randoms that feed the enemy team and edgar,mortis that just die(it like 90/10 or 95/5)
