I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death. I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse. Also, you are more likely to be much more closer to someone who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a romantic partner or spouse. People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.

You are right. Soul bonding doesn't need romance to start with, and it doesn't need to be opposite gender. They recognize each other through senses that they feel acquainted, not knowing why. However, it could turn into great friendship, brother or sisterhood, or even romance later on. But we should be aware that under the human form, we are also influenced by hormones, which also delivers similar to unknown feelings of bindings, and people wouldn't want to admit that it's a basic human sex drive not a genuine soul mate. The true soul bonding will have more understanding and forgiveness to its bonded souls. On the other hand, romance is usually perceived by each other in a more material form, such as a sense of belonging, and it comes with conditions of relationships. The more conditions placed to each other, the harder each party will be able to keep their promises. Therefore, white love, which is always understanding and forgiving, has a tendency to last much longer even if you are not a soul mate. God bless you.

@@ongpor Statistically speaking, women are happiest when single and childless in today's times. Also, women can have friends and biological family that they share a life with. We as humans need the presence of other humans in our lives yes. But we can live alone. We don’t need romantic relationships to survive. We do need love and support, but it can be from friends and family. It does not need to be from a romantic partner. Studies also show that single women are far happier than their married peers, and that married women lose out in career earnings, career trajectory, health, and life expectancy compared to those single peers as well. Married women live shorter lives, and report lower levels of happiness than women who never marry. Also, according to many studies, women have higher rates of depression when married.

@icysnow57cold64 Thanks for your message. Your research examples are quite similar to our PDJ sanctuary celebacy master practice. But on a different scale of happiness. It started with a state of mind where we began the focus on our own failures in life to identify the cost of suffering in our mind and to realize what when where and how to avoid such suffering in our hearts. As much as we understand ourselves, we will find reason to forgive as well. The more we study ourselves, the more we discover the truth of nature of our souls, and the ecology of natural earth called Dharma, This will be the good basics to carry souls to achieve a higher enlightening levels. It is a form of happiness that could be achieved by those celibate practitioners rather than those of family practitioners. We found that family practitioners spend their time running after other people wantings and also confused about what they really want. They usually ended up with material happiness instead of soul happiness. Material reward could give them happiness, but the material can only feed happiness temporarily. To achive long term happiness, one need just to understand how to control their wanting and learn to appreciate to live a simple life. God bless you.

At one point I thought the same but then I had a vision of her nightstand and it all aligned with true romantic love. I saw her things along with a box of ashes similar to the one i have from my dad and also a song called "Schizo - The Light" a song i had written years before I saw the vision. Now I'm being guided to two different people and I have to figure out which one it is. I know fairy tales seem impossible but they're pretty real.
