I get the feeling that Bunny doesn't have a very good mental state given the stupid nature of his actions. By the way, I'd like to mention that people vary drastically in mental stability, state, and overall awareness of situation. There are older people prone to being taken advantage of, and there are younger people that are simply more adept with their minds. It is important to note that "player" was 17 at this point, turning 18 soon. There was certainly more than enough time to gain maturity. The brain is developed enough by that point that if it was developed properly, they could have most definitely could have been able to make their own choices. Therefore, I believe that this situation is not one that can easily be judged. It's not like with an eight year old where there is an extremely high likelihood that they don't know what's going on. This situation can no longer be judged on age alone, not with how high and how close the numbers are. -by your local sixteen year old, based on personal experience and understanding P.S: I've thought about these things far more than you probably ever have. So if there's something you want to argue, bring up genuine reasoning.
