this... this is 100% why you shouldnt use these optimizers that messes w/ Windows. *AT ALL*.at times i feel im pushing it using ParkControl and that is a lazy habit from when i had an AMD FX 8320E Based Rig and Window's Task Scheduler Sucked so bad w/ FX CPUs. (and it still sucks in W11 w/ Ryzen CPUs) Nvidia App/Geforce Experience and setting manually yourself your minimum/Maximum Freq. Scaling and/or Disabling Core Parking is the most people will see benefits from when something is CPU Bound. GPU bound tasks (games but not 100% VR as most platforms are more CPU bound than GPU Bound) your best at most letting nvidia's thing do its magic or using MSI Afterburner to manually tune clocks/power limits/fan speed and even then Only! when you know what your doing, and have done your research and outweighed the risks, as increasing GPU Voltages/clocks if you dont know what your doing, can kill your card. (overclocking adds unnecessary stress for very little gain in alot of cases and shorts the lifespan of the card. and if you haveto underclock a card for say "making it stable." generally means its not going to live much longer and needs replacing.)

EAC simply doesn't work at all sometimes. Playing apex for months, then suddenly getting EAC kicked one day. Turns out the way I set up my system EAC didn't have permission to initialize.

It's bad. It's a "malware". The only thing you can optimise about windows is stopping programs and services running in background when you don't need them. The only "tool" that can help you do that semi-auto, it's Chris Titus's collection of scripts. Everything else that's non-commented/closed source, will destroy your computer or worse.

The main things to do is edit the qemu code (I might use the script I modified from CAPE sandbox for that), and using some method to break timing attacks, either nested Hyper-V or patching RDTSC.

I haven't used Hone personally but I have been around tweaking Windows for 10 years now. Most of it is your generic tweaks, QoL changes etc. The only real gains you can get are from disabling security / defender, unless your PC is a potato (ie a 2500k with 8GB RAM). I wouldn't touch any non open-source scripts, let alone an electron app, particularly smothered with ads.

i installed hone on my pc a little bit ago, i followed one of their videos on how to install it and what to enable, and after that i restarted my pc so all of the optimizations could work but then my pc just completely died, everytime i booted up my pc it would bluescreen, i tried reinstalling windows from the advanced options menu but that didnt even work, i even tried everything else in the advanced options menu but none of that worked either, and i had to end up just getting a new ssd

The only thing that actually works for me is disabling gamebar and removing all the useless apps. If i do much of anything else i might gain 2 fps but system will start having random jitters, stutters or just freeze for 1 second doing the first method is completely smooth all the time. All these fps boost guides = scam and stutters. These supposed fps guides do not do anything the only thing that might help is getting win 10 ltsc iot.

Dude this is a total scam. This whole optimization rabbit hole. I mean there are a few settings which will actually will improve performance, but its not that deep. Really not. Debloat your windiws with ctt tool setup some more stuff u need and just do standard stuff like power. And there u go. U just got at most 5% more performance but if ure stupid u lost 50% of the fps lows. For more performance start overclocking or buy new hardware. A general not being stupid rule would be great too. So no 10 background apps ooen at one time
