Look into any black healing stones or crystals. They help remove negative energy. Also try stones that help with anxiety or balance. Sorry I can’t name any specific stones off hand. Meditation and journaling helps. What works best for me personally is talking back to the negative voice in my head or out loud. It helps me release that energy as well as redirect my attention and energy.

Omg I’ve had 2 relationships like that. One, I was engaged, then eventually I left and the 2nd one I got married to and both gave me a run for my money honey.
