Yeah, not going to lie, Netflix did something here, I had no intentions, not even into these types of shows, but since we’re quarantined...I pop this one up while eating and i ate it up, the show that is, haha. It was just different than any other reality show, and I started to just gain this curiosity for them. Good one on Netflix for sure.

Terrace House returns to form this season and back in Tokyo. This is the best season since Boys and Girls in the City which remains the benchmark with several legendary incidents and the best cast.

Really not a fan of reality shows but I'm interested in knowing more about Japan and currently trying to learn the language so I searched something slow paced just to get more into the language and see how many words I could understand. You really learn so much about their formalities, their humor, see their delicious food (it always looks so damn good) and see how they naturally talk and behave. I like the commentators, always skip the review in the beginning though. I literally just stated everything that was said in the video because I started typing before watching lmao

Cool man i just heard of this show and I live in Osaka. I don’t watch tv much especially reality tv, but good to show a more real light in Nihon. Most Westerners that never stayed here I believe have that Disneyland/Las Vegas view of Japan. I lived in Osaka half my life and have my own Izakaya and it’s not Anime and cherry blossoms and polite Japanese people. Shit gets real here. Imma have to check this out.

T20 is not the peak but is still quite good. The original season BxGND which is not on international Netflix remains the peak for reasons you will understand when you see it. (It is available Netflix Japan with no subttitles, but subtitle files are available and illegal streaming sites have hard-subbed copies).

It's actually a good show and I definitely binge watched it but then around the middle it started to get a little bit boring. I saw myself skipping so many parts mainly because I felt things were just getting repititive and I wasn't liking the match-up. I was really hoping Ruka would have more chemistry with the red-haired girl and I was also really seeing how both Kenny and Kaori complimented each other. Don't get me wrong, I really loved Shohei and Kaori too but for some reason I didn't see Kenny go well with the red-haired. They seemed so forced together (it's good that they're good friends even after the show though). Other than that I dropped the show bc my god it had 2 more seasons/part and I wasn't invested into seeing new characters lol

That’s what always happens with me when I watch the show😅always around the middle I get bored then I either skip a lot of it or just stop watch it. I was rlly hoping for kaori and Kenny pairing they seemed to match the best and seemed like they would be a good couple, very similar and they seem they would just let each other live but still show they care for each other in some way. And I love how they genuinely are interested in each other’s art😆
