Soulbeast Benchmark 38.6K [Axe/Axe + Greatsword]

Slightly Improved, for the love of god i do not have great Benchmark RnG, in 14 hours on the golem i couldnt manage a 38.7k which is definetly doable, maybe even closer to 39k.

How significant is getting the maul reset off gs5? Would lb be better on bosses with lower flank uptime?

Its not only the maul reset you gain, you also use it to keep your twice as vicious buff for the remaining of the GS loop. Longbow is usually better on actual encounters since barely any encounter nowadays (in decent groups) is long enough, as the Burst of Longbow is just superior to GS and Warhorn, however the other two options have a bit better sustained dps. In the end weapon choice is preference unless you really wanna tryhard. Edit: talking about raid encounters, i can't judge Strikes/fractals properly currently.

It is if you want to play Greatsword. Longbow and warhorn are other options as well and they excell at different things. warhorn and Greatsword have slightly better sustained DPS but Longbow has the Stronger Burst windows. (swapping out axe/axe as weapon set is not expected)

what is the appx. dps difference if I were to continue using an impact sigil over hydromancy sigil on GS

roughly 100 dps less, if you get to finish all gs loops, the moment you swap to gs its basically instant 450 dps value while impact starts at 0 and slowly works its way up to roughly 350 dps value as you swap back to axe
