Considering that hackers on PC are playing him in online matches, i think he needs to be reworked entirely around being usable in online games.

I saw a video which inferno was on the list of styles for the CaS

I didn't know until now that CaS could be used online in Ranked. However, they could just lock out the CaS's that used his fighting style when trying to select them online. And I'm sure the list you saw was from a PC version and not console.
