My sincere condolences on your loss. Myself having lost both parents within a 2 year span, I understand the difficulties. For me, Barely recovering from the loss of one parent and then having to go through it again so soon after was heart wrenching. But, Time, happy memories, love and support of family and friends helps to give us strength.

Kobyz is an ancient tool of the peoples who lived in the East, including nomads. It was used in ancient times by steppe shamans-healers for various rites. Kobyzy is made from a single piece of wood. This is one of the oldest ways of making musical instruments in the history of mankind. It is not due to technical backwardness or the lack of metal devices. According to the ancient beliefs of many peoples, only in a single piece will the living singing soul of the tree remain, which will sound in the instrument. The open body and strings of the kobyz from a bunch of 30-60 untwisted horse hair give a very thick, overtone-rich timbre.

Hi Soul, my condolences with the loss of your father. Good to see you back. Could not have picked a better performance for your comeback. I agree. Dimash always brings something new and never disappoints. His collab with Igor brings out the best in him or maybe both of them. And yeah..where other singers have lungs, Dimash has tanks.
