Jesus is amazing John 3:16 “ For God so loved the world that he sent his one and only son that whoever shall believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life” I you do believe it’s best to find a local church that believes Jesus as Lord and has died for our sins and rose again and now sits at the right hand of the throne and attend it and also repent meaning turn away from your sins and confess them to Jesus sounds hard but God will make a way. Also read the Bible and talk to Jesus start by saying abba father... of course we’re not going to be perfect but we believe in the one who is perfect

Anyone else notice how as children get older, specifically here at 0:20-0:30, they learn to be more specific in their understanding of things? It went from: Doing homework which is general, to math which is a specific subject of homework, to division which is a specific operation in math. I found that really neat.

Hey, just an internet stranger, but as someone who went through pretty bad depression and anxiety as a teenager and well into my 20's (I'm 28 now), I just wanna say that you should never feel like your mental health is not to be taken seriously. The first step is admitting you need help. My younger sister went through it too for years and is still going through it and felt like she had nobody to turn to. There are people out there who care. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find help and support. Xox

At 14 there is not many things that need to give you anxiety, unless you get it from trying to be “cool” or what other people want you to be. I honestly believe that it is impossible to have real problems at this age (not including divorced parents,physical bullying,etc) Your mental health should be fine tbh and telling somebody about something like anxiety and then they don’t believe you is kinda your fault. FARTSY CREATIONS Ik but she even seemed more mentally mature so it was surprising especially for how some fifteen year olds use their early puberty nowadays
@Nikkiashipp2186 жыл бұрын
I've noticed it's happening alot often my ma is 51 and she looked eight when she was my age (13) while everyone thinks I'm in my last years of highschool or freshman in college. I think she might've had a early puberty like 8-10. I've also noticed girls are beginning to hit puberty faster like it was normal back when my mom was young to be 14 and just starting now it's really weird and late. My guess is were just adapting to changes whatever those changes are.

I'm struggling with social anxiety and panic attacks as well as depression from having to endure these things. I don't remember what it feels like to not have storm clouds looming over me, I don't remember the warmth of being happy. I'm only here because I don't want to pass on this pain to my family and friends by taking my life. I wish it would all go away because all I want to do in life is to help uplift others but I'm struggling just to help myself. I'm seeing a psychologist but I struggle to leave the house and most days I'm just in a persistent head fog and experience fatigue from overusing mental resources.

@Ligeia D.Aurevilly This is really well said. At 28, I completely agree. It's always a struggle but we get better at getting through it - I feel much stronger now than I did in my teens and early 20s, even though life has only gotten harder over time. But it being harder doesn't bother me as much as it did at those ages, because I know I can handle it from experience. You may not feel stable, but feeling strong from getting through that instability will be worth it! (And I would say this is my struggle, too. It gives me something to work on.)

0:37 Same. I have 13-14 year old friends of my bestie trying to go to these events (kinda like clubs, but hosted by a restaurant), so there’s alcohol (they weren’t planning to drink, they just wanted to party). I don’t feel comfortable in any environment with even a single drunk person, and anyways, I’m not trying to get killed, molested, raped, sexually assaulted, thrown up on etc. On top of that I don’t feel comfortable in a place without guardian supervision, especially with possible drunk adults. My bestie’s friends said that we (my responsible friend and I, who brought me back to my senses) were just weak, we couldn’t fight, that’s why we were scared. My best friend asked her dad if their driver could take us there, he said their driver would take us to the event, but only on one condition, our parents would have to approve of this. They tried to form a plan, but they gave up, because by that time entry for girls wasn’t free anymore. Mind you this is in Africa. In the country I live in crime is quite low which is a pro, but if anything happened to me I don’t think the police or the government would care, they’d probably put me though more trauma.
