Wow my silly aunt sold my grandparents 13.5 acre family home for $106,000. It had fruit trees, sandpit, natural spring just an beauiful home that my WWI grandfather wanted for his family to continue. But when the white apparsial with his good ole boy in the click looked out for his buddies my uneducated aunt money hungry butt gave the homestead away. Due to the click in our county we were not allowed to even get a second opinion. Now you should see the place, my heart breaks. Clicks and racism have no place in business. But they often work hand in hand around here. Wish we could have beaten the crook clicks that are pushing African Americans out of their homes by stealing their land. But when in our case the judges are in the network ....just sad. But she is getting her Karma as is the land thieves.

@@MsHappytoo I just watched a hidden camera investigation a few months ago about this same thing here in Canada. They proved, without a doubt, that most appraisers were low-balling most poc. They showed their video evidence to the the people that (are supposed to) legislate this profession. They got a lot of sad excuses about a broken system, how this stuff precedes him being in charge and blah blah blah... Finally, after several minutes of being pressed, he admitted that the appraisers that had low balled the poc and had so obviously done it because they are racist, should lose their licenses. He still wouldn't say he was going to do anything about it though. As in many professions, the system is broken because the people at the top can't be bothered to do the right thing. If they did, racists everywhere would be out of work.
