Merci bcp pour la recette ! J’ai fait avec de la viande à la place du maquereau fumé (j’ai fais cuire la viande avec un peu d’eau et des oignons pendant 1h30 pour avoir une viande bien tendre) j’ai ajouté la viande. C’était trop bon merci pour la recette on s’est régalé !

Bravo mais ca fait trop de soumbara , celui dans le riz est suffisant, sauce poisson soumbara alors dans ce cas on ne met plus de soumbara dans le riz,...attention avec le soumbara....rire
