Eu acabei realizando esse tipo de exercício observando como guitarristas virtuosos costumavam movimentar suas mãos no braço da guitarra. Ajuda a dar amplitude dos dedos na mão, fortalece a musculatura e aumenta a precisão e velocidade uma vez que diminui o trajeto que os dedos precisam fazer para digitar uma nota após outras.
