Getting my 3rd Gen Taco sound deadened this spring, alrdy got the KiLMaT 80mil 36sqf for it, spkrs alrdy upgraded to Polk, all 3 D,F,R!

Excellent work. I normally go for complete coverage of dynamat followed by dynaliner on the doors followed by rubber seal coverage along the door edge and that makes a huge difference.

Great job with amazing details on your video explanation. Maybe I missed it, did you reinstall the butyl rope around the door opening where the factory had it to seal it off from water before you put on your outer dynamat sheild? Thanks for taking the time to do your videos!

The factory butyl is removed and no longer used to seal the inner door skin. The final layer of dynaliner is now the water barrier and takes the place of the old plastic & butyl combo 👍

Do you have a video on the cross over? I just bought tweeters and they don’t match the wiring of the stock tweeter. I’m guessing the stock tweeter has a resistor but it sounds like you added a crossover when you installed the tweeters and speakers.
