Sound Meditation with Peter Hess Tibetan Singing Bowls ASMR (60 minutes)

This is my second youtube video playing Tibetan singing bowls (Peter Hess).
The recording was made in Matrix Recording Studio by Dimitris Misirlis who achieved an exceptional capture of all the frequencies and quality of these unique instruments.
I suggest you sit or lay down comfortably, and turn your phone in flight mode (wifi is probably needed to be on for the youtube video), in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Use headphones for best results.
Close your eyes, take some deep breaths from your nose, and exhale from your mouth. Let your body relax with the therapeutic sounds of the singing bowls. Without any judgment, observe your thoughts as clouds that slowly pass, like the sounds that come and go, one after the other.
You can also use it during yoga practice, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, drawing, writing, or any kind of self-care time with yourself.
I strongly recommend you listen to this before your night's sleep.

Hello Nikos, Thank you for that wonderful Sound Journey 🙏 Especially the sound quality. I have only heard very few recordings with singing bowls that sound so unadulterated and natural! My compliments and respect. What's the secret for this? Which microphones do you use? I also play the bowls of Peter Hess. I did my training with him in 2000

Great videos - thank you. I know you are using Peter Hess bowls. I own a couple of his therapy myself and I'm looking to add to them. Do you use the therapy bowls or the sangha bowls? Yours sound amazing and I'd like to get the same.

I love the work of Peter Hess, however i find his bowls to be quite lame when compared to antique tibetian bowls, I own tree from Hess and 16 from Nepal. the difference is the alloy, in the modern onees it is very pure, in the old ones, the impurities create the overtones and pulses. Also, the old ones are uneven vs the modern ones that are just perfect. Great work! thanks
