Sound System FAILURE?! | Behind The Sound: Nissan R35 GTR

In this new Behind The Sound series on the Nissan R35 GTR, we diagnose and rectify a failed sound system on this highly modified example.
The vehicle was delivered to us by the customer producing NO sound, and no one knew why. Step one in the process was diagnosing the fault.
To do this, we stripped out this GTR and removed all the components, to test the system and identify the issue. In the strip down process, we established the installation could have been completed to a higher standard, with the use of some unusual sticky material, poor placement of items and sub-standard wiring.
Once the issue was diagnosed, we then looked at re-installing the system and improving upon the components used within the build, as well as increasing the level of soundproofing, specifically within the doors.
