They will do 75mph, but in service, 60-65mph can be expected, especially along I-5 and the Capitol Hill -UW stretch.

Yeah it’s pretty bad. It sounds computer generated. For a large city, surprised they couldn’t budget in a real voice. Compare this to the Bergen light rail… much better.
