Can you please tell me how do you meditate on a sholka or any thought? I meditate and I have been told several times to meditate on the meaning of some particular thing and I can't understand how to meditate on a thought. What do we exactly do when we meditate on a thought?

@@MrChetanyabatra Hello Dear, If someone prescribed you to meditate upon any particular shloka it may be different from my perspective. But as per my style, you may first take your time to understand the inner meaning of any shloka. Then continue to stick to that theme throughout that day or as per your schedule. The main point is to recall the shloka in between your daily works, no matter how busy schedule it may be. Then take the next shloka next day. You may choose from Srimad Bhagvad Geeta or any other as per your choice. Stay blessed.

Thank you, sir. I am going through your book Apprenticed to a Himalayan master........It's wonderful....while reading the experience is that I am there. Thanks to your Gurudev also and gratitude to Sri Guru Babaji. I am from a brahmin family and had seen many pujas including Durga puja which was there in our home.....also to mention we have a close connection with SriAnanda mahima, as she visited our place during "Bhagavata Yagna and Pujas" in our home as I heard. Presently I am practicing Mahayana Buddhism and while going through some areas of Lotus Sutra I had realized that the all-encompassing being is zero which is all-inclusive, which is everywhere, which is all in one. 0=1. Realizing now itself is 0=1. My question is how to go beyond this ??
