the continuation of the satsang on the Soundarya Lahari, Sri M reads out from the commentary on the Soundarya Lahari, the description given by Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Swami Vivekananda on the Kundalini and then proceeds to explain a few select shlokas from the Soundarya Lahari. The satsang ends with Sri M answering a few questions.

I believe it’s ‘Raja Yoga’ by Swami Vivekananda, Guruji said it at the start. But the main text is ‘Waves of Beauty’ Saundarya Lahiri of Bhagawan Shri Adi Shankara.

It’s a blinding flash, I’ve experienced it many times, sometimes it’s almost frighteningly powerful, I believe it’s the Pineal Gland activating, related to the Ajna chakra.
