I have the C30i and love them. If they made an XL grip I would be happier. Pros: price, comfort, loud volume with minimal background noise, quick connection, battery life, sound quality (I don’t care about bass so that’s not a con for me), ease of hearing your environment. Cons: 1. With a lot of background noise, you have to turn them up high to hear the music, as expected (but I have a huge 4 foot wide floor fan running at my gym). 2. Only 2 sizes of grips and they’re plastic, not grippy really. Sometimes the C30is slip down lower on my ear even with the largest grips on, but I have very thin ears. Also, sometimes they feel like they’re falling off even though they’re not because they’re so light. I could see the fit being an issue for some people.

Not much leakage with the open design but the v30i will give you the better sound overall

C30i are tight and can be uncomfortable and the v30i flip around when running. I suggest the jlab clips or c40i instead

Yes. EQ settings allow for many things, including volume controls, for the V30i

On the soundcore app, you can customise the controls so that you can tap, double tap or press and hold for volume control and others. The EQ is also found on the app.
