The custom equalizer significantly enhances the audio quality, surpassing the default settings. However, the microphone's quality falls short of the Soundcore average. I concur that controlling the device requires two to three fingers, which could be improved. Additionally, it is crucial to position the earbuds correctly for optimal sound, which can sometimes be uncomfortable. Despite these minor drawbacks, these earbuds are a reliable choice that delivers satisfying audio performance.

I'm being honest here, the white version looks closer to my mother's porcelain tea pot. The other variant looks like the coffee maker.

Great video! I just got mine yesterday and I had the same issue as you had with the controls, ended up disabling them all together.

I tried both the Bose and Soundcore. Both are of a good enough quality for a clip on earbud. Both suck when it comes to bass, but the mids are good. I returned the Bose because there is not much difference in sound quality to justify spending $300. The C30i has held up so far.

Bose by a mile, as long as you can swing the price.

The plastic flexing that way is a good thing it keeps them from breaking so easily

It's just poorly done, quite atypical of Soundcore to cut corners here.

Liked your review, very complete and fair. 💯 I bought these on a hunch, it was scary because they are nor cheap, but im pleasantly surprised. To me the bass is enough, and i have a 3 year old, so having earbuds was not in the cards. I listen to audiobooks almost all day in between tasks / waiting lines. I also use these to run outside and at the gym. I practically put them on in the morning, quick charge them10 minutes at lunch, plug them back until before bed. Its been a while since i was surprised by a product. Btw, at first i thought they were bone conductors, but they actually are open air headphones. Crazy huge drivers: you can actually see them in the black-transparent colour configuration. 😯

Man, it looks quite good. soundcore has been killin' it lately. Their new r50i NC is an absolute bang for the buck.

This is the best review ever on these. I got them for $69, then they went $55 right after. I agree on everything here. Voice and phone calls are great. But sound for music is too flat for me. I had to increase volume too often and it went horribly loud and bad, almost mono. The pads were not needed for me. The smallest one was already too big , so I never used them. The case is poorly designed and made, in my opinion

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I get that a lot of people like them, but I have to repeat: it feels more like an early-days kinda Soundcore product than a 2024 model. Not their best effort.

Mine suck! I fight with the buttons for it to work. I press the button at least 10 times to get it to pause! Forget about answering a call or hanging up! I have yet to be successful with that! Waste of money!

Thanks for another fair and comprehensive review Aaron. Always interested in Soundcore stuff! I'm on the fence with these. Not a jewelry wearer type of guy but they seem like such an interesting idea. I'll have to see. You took a big one for the team in that video! 😊
