​@@Jenxz__ he means that the left ear piece can be separated to the right ear piece. Like for example, a samsung phone connects to the left earbuds and the right one's that connected is a Huawei phone

They don't have voice assistants for example the right earbud saying volume up and the other one staying volume down its hard to tell and how do i change tws to mono i did something wrong i can barley hear anything i think ii muted them

any time the earbuds in the box thay are charging, next time you willuse tham thay wiil be full. the case will have a red light whan it will need charging

@@Krabbo7 Well, I think I did know that. But thank you for your quick response. I have never seen a red light, but sometimes a flashing light which I interpret to mean that it needs charging. Other chargers have an indicator to say if they need charging and by how much. Another thing is, I don't know if it will harm the earbuds or not to put them in the charger while the charger is charging - so I have been waiting for the little light to go off before putting them in. Naturally, it would be more convenient to put them in while the charger itself was being charged. When I went to the "App" to find out about the charger there was a blank space. My other beef with these earbuds is that they fall out of my ears easily no matter which rubber thing I use. I tried to purchase the replacement and repair plan but they replied that I was not qualified. They did not say why.

@@zoeazaria5515 My case only has a green light. I believe it flashes when it needs charging. But it doesn't tell you by how by how much it needs charging.

​@@ellenharold5191 I have the a40 (looking at these as a gift) but always charge my case with the buds inside, don't think that would do any harm to these as they will have allowed for that given most people will probably charge the case overnight with the buds inside whenever it does need charging, and if not, based on the quality of the buds, the app and the instructions that came with mine I do trust they would have put a big warning on the case or in the instructions not to do it if it was a problem which I haven't seen.

it has a gaming mode, so no! I own these earbuds, and on the app you can turn on gaming mode, and that takes away the delay
