The same case I had. I watched other videos and they had the rectangle case with those soft paddings. 1 day of usage and q30 is just freakin awesome. glad to have it.

I've only owned mine for 24 hours but I'm impressed so far! I live on one of the busiest roads in my area. I have a takeout next door with a noisy extractor fan, and my partner has several fish tanks with noisy-ish pumps. Also, noisy neighbours. The noise cancelling blocks the majority of it out. The only sounds that come through are the highs of every day in-room activities. Boiling the kettle, flushing a toilet etc. The lows get completely blocked out for me. I also have tinnitus and somehow, these mask it. Maybe my tinnitus is triggered by the outside noises? The only thing I'm concerned about is those ear pads wearing out like yours have. I thought it as soon as I tried them on. They very soft, but a little too thin. They suggest wiping grease and dirt off regularly with an alcohol wipe so hopefully that helps make them last longer. Thanks for th ein depth review!

do they leak sound? i listen to my music loud, can it be heard by others and to what extent?
@FriedEggSarnie2 жыл бұрын
@@missright8238 I just asked my partner and he said he can't hear it at all. But we live in a noisy area so it may be that the traffic drowns any leaking out. So I can't give you a great answer. However, I'm still in love with this head set. Amazing sound for the price.

If you love them that much and want to keep using, amazon sells the q30 earcups for $10-$15! They are simple to remove and put on! I'd definitely look into it instead of buying a whole other set of headphones😂

I have had a LifeQ10 for 5 years, using thewm now. Love the company. The ear pads do tear at the seam and under warranty they will replace them. I bought the refurbished version of LifeQ30 for 28.50 including tax and shipping. I plan to coat the seam with polyurythane or similar or epoxy to strengthen the seam. There has to be a cheap way to do that.

Even i saw Oluv recommending these as one of the best out there as you mentioned in your video too, but, he also said that Q35 although has a better build but a worse sound, so, now i am confused whether to go for better sounding poorly built Q30 or worse sounding but better built Q35 ??? There's Space Q45 coming too. It's really getting confusing!

I prefer the Q20+ cause a little smaller. All of them though could use a redesign for build quality. I’ve had two pairs break falling asleep with them. My nose get slept in nightly for like seven years no issue.

I read an Amazon review where a guy said it's very annoying wearing them lying down because it often inadvertantly changes the control buttons since they're locaed on the back of the earcup. Sounds like you wear them lying down too, have you had had this issue? Would be a dealbreaker for me since I will be wearing them a lot lying in bed watching tv.

good video. Have you tried the piano eq in the app setting? That's pretty balanced. Or the Wavelet app is well worth trying in autoeq and select the q30

Correct me if I'm wrong but you didn't mention anything about sound leakage, how is it? What volume will someone be able to hear your music at? If you're on a bus for axample.

Not too sure about the others but mine does not have this issue. Have had this headphone for over six months, still use it daily and never encountered any issue.
@thestarswillshineagain18242 жыл бұрын
Mine doesn't! I love them, I wear them all day, they're noise cancelling and really smart, if you put your hand over the right earcup it turns off the noise cancelling so you can hear people talking around if you need but doesn't turn the sound off (transparency mode) and then if you put your hand back over the right earcup it puts it back into noise cancelling mode! These things are so smart and such a great price I'm so impressed, I wear them instead of using speakers! As soon as I wake up til I go to sleep! They also charge super quick and the battery lasts me 3 days, but you can charge th for a few mins and have about 4 hours of battery if you need to pop out for a short while and want to use them it's not inconvenient. Best headphones ever!

@@IqbalHossain-vg8vr Crack? Like actual crack on the hinge? Nope, I just checked and mine doesn't have any crack.
