I just got these. Out of the box they sound great. Very bass heavy tho. A little eq adjustment will fix that. They block a LOT of outside noise & very comfy. I bought the lavender ones cuz they are different & look còol.

Nice and thorough review. I'm a big Soundcore fan but one of my ongoing beefs with them is their choice of default sound setting. I agree its bad and that's pretty consistent across all their products. You definitely need to eq to see what they are capable of. I also have the Soundcore A3I's and they have a better, more balanced sound to me, than this model. But these are good too. Headphones give you a different experience than earbuds so probably not completely fair to compare the two. Also Apple stuff is way more expensive than these so l feel that these give you very good value for the price tag. And, of course, they have that phone stand feature! Works very well! Again, thanks for the good review. Well done!

@@philipm.4738 Thank you for the feedback and the kind words :-) Yeah, I tried the Liberty 4NC at a shop the other day, and even those had the same really sharp treble tuning. Bit of messing with the eq and they sounded pretty great for the money. Cheers

I listen to bass heavy music like hip hop so earbuds capable of heavy bass is a win for me lol. And you cant compare earbuds with over ear headphones.
@IrensTech2 ай бұрын
These should have plenty of bottom end for you. Over ear headphones obviously have a big advantage in the bass department, but many people (myself included) have to choose between them or buds. I felt it was worth mentioning the headphones.

@koningklootzak778821 күн бұрын
Rather than the difference of buds or over ears, it's the difference of driver sizes that makes the difference in bass power. Having said that, buds could still deliver good bass if it has good seal, has decent driver size, and designed to create more bass. Many times you could improve buds bass by choosing eartips with better sealing. You could also adjust EQ if it's available.

Hi, thanks for the review Sorry if I missed it, but do these have mono audio? Like, you keep one in the case and use one and both left and right channels go to just the bud you are using. Would be helpful to know that
@IrensTech7 күн бұрын
@@MorriganHXA Hello there! Thanks for the comment :-) I just checked and out of the box I only get the stereo channel for whichever bud I use. So if I use left, I don’t get the right audio. The only way I could see to amend this is to switch my iPhones audio to mono in settings. A little frustrating to do that every time… Still, can’t have everything for this price. Cheers

They are very bassy buds, but the physical difference between buds and headphones usually results in better bass from the headphones. I can eq these and my Sony 720n to both sound ridiculously bassy.

Is it has a gaming mode at the soundcore App?

It does. But it dramatically changes the eq. Boosts highs and lows to hear things better in the games. I’m not a fan of it to be honest. The gaming mode does lower the latency.
