Lol Yes it is normal in some situations, especially with low external sounds to cancel I think 🤔. But if the environment is loudy maybe sound cancelling is a good option

Hi, I use the 3.5mm audio jack cable, but it seems the microphone is not working, do I need to change the cable with 3 rings? or should I buy the cable that include external mic?

So the 3.5mm audio cable disables the microphones and other features, these features are only available when using the BT

Thank you so much for this video and for how much work you have put into it. I just bought Q20i for 29,99 Euro on Amazon.. They sound a bit muddy to me cause i also have soundcore liberty 3 pro and they are so amazing.. hard to compare and compete for any other headphones. But still i enjoy a lot listening to the Q20i and i like the sound mode "acoustic" the most. Bass boosted mode is much too heavy for me but some songs on low volume lvl sound nice with this mode. They now have 3 colors, black, white and dark blue. I have blue ones. Thank you a lot, take care:)))
