Hi, Did you found that the serial number on the box is the same serial number that showed up in the soundcore application when you connected the earpuds to the soundcore app ? I bought one and i found something strange which is there are 2 different serial numbers for the earpuds ! The serial number on the box is different completely from the serial number that showed up in the soundcore application when it is connected to the app. Why it has 2 different serial numbers?!
