HI Cassio, you do NOT need to install the USB driver on a MAC. Apple's Core Audio is directly compatible with your mixers USB connection. This is true for most audio equipment.

When ever I am recording in multitrack on Protools I can't get the eq and fx on my live mix to record on my PC All channels are dry and have a flat eq is there any way I can get the eq and fx for each channel to print in the PC

Hi Jorge, You definitely can, but with some limitations. Because the mixer kicks out signal Post input and pre EQ's, Dynamics, FX, etcetera, you have to send processed signal to your DAW another way. The first 10 USB channels from the mixer TO pro tools are: - USB 1 - 2: Master Left & Master Right (this is everything in your UI24 mix) - USB 3 - 10: Aux 1 - Aux 8 So knowing that, you could send your FX to any of the Aux channels and pull them in as separate FX tracks in PT to mix them with your dry signals. The EQ's are little more difficult and give you less options. Essentially, you'd need to send your printed signal (instrument + EQ) to one of your auxes and then send that aux to PT on one of the USB channels 3 - 10. eg: - microphone input with EQ, compression, gate, > send to Aux 1 > USB channel out 3 > PT input 3 This will get you a processed signal but obviously only gives you 8 channels of processed input to work with. Not too bad if you only need 8, or if you're willing to combine channels into a few mono or stereo auxes, but quite limiting if you intended on sending all your channels to PT with processing. Hey yoo I was connectig my mac book with the usb to usb c But that shit dont showing up as a interface I really dont now what is the problem ? Thank you

Did you connect it to the correct USB port on the mixer? You need to use the USB I/F port on the front. If you did, and the device doesn’t show up at all in your audio midi setup, then my first suggestion would be try another cable.

Whenever I go to either Audio Midi Setup or Playback Engine, my soundcraft ui24r optipn just shows 2ins-2outs. Am I doing something wrong? Because I can’t assign them to 11 because I just have L and R.

That sounds like a USB Cable issue to me. Do you have another cable you can try? There isn't anything like "stereo vs multitrack" that you have to select to use this device with all in/out via USB. It should just show up correctly. If you don't have another cable. I would try disconnecting / reconnecting the USB cable from your UI24 a couple of times to see if that kickstarts a new device handshake with your Mac. I have personally had an issue where there UI24 showed up as OFFLINE with no in or out. That was only the case inside the Pro Tool Aggregate device, but hot-plugging (disconnect/reconnect while active) solved that issue for me immediately. Let me know what happens if you try hot-plugging or try another cable.

For some reason I can run audio from pro tools to ui24 by patching from the “usb-daw” . But when I use a mic on the ui24 it doesn’t appear in the pro tools track, and I tried all the inputs from “interface”. Any suggestions?
