Soundcraft UI - Full Screen on iPhone Or iPad

This is a solution to the problem for amount of screen that you lose while using a Soundcraft UI Mixer on your Phone or Tablet. This tutorial will explain how to achieve full screen mode on your iPhone or iPad.

I know right? ... drove me crazy from day one ... so glad you found the video I'm thinking of getting the UI 24 .. the 16 keeps crashing on me .. will never use anything else than Soundcraft also think they rule!

On your mixing screen hold down the "Orange" Mix Gain button till it turns "red" you should now have an option to add +48v on the channels you want ... Hope it helps

Sadly the UI series mixers does not have a bluetooth receiver built in. The only way to play music off iTunes is to plug your phone directly into the line input located in the front. Alternatively you can plug any bluetooth device into the same input and connect your device via bluetooth on your phone under bluetooth settings. You and also go to to your iTunes folder on your PC or Mac and download the songs to a USB stick, which you can then access via the PLAYER built into your UI.

On my iPhone (12) I'm still missing several buttons on the top (Aux Send, FX Send etc.) - is there a way to fix that?

Sadly the iPhone interface differs from the tablet setup, so does the menu structure, you can only access the FX, AUX and the rest from their dedicated screens.

Small problem with this method...it will no longer give you the on screen keyboard to type in values when tapping the cursor window.

No downloading needed, the Soundcraft UI series does not use an app to connect to your devices, but a URL (ui-mixer.io/) which can be copied into any web browser on any device.
