I think he's saying whatever it is that you believe in... show your gratitude for it daily and communicate for clarity and understanding daily instead of waiting until you actually need help to pray and ask for help.... then things will flow smoother overall... that's what I got out of it, at least... I began listening to this a week ago. And I swear, after the first time, I actually felt mentally like I hadn’t in over 10 years. I actually felt optimistic and energetic. I was taking a nap and awoke from my nap after this video started playing. I was not startled, I was very cozy! Then something started happening to me, at the highest frequency. I started to vibrate, it seemed like my inner ear, but it felt deeper, then I started to see a void and I was going with it but I snapped back feeling scared. I was back in my ringing head. So much I can't explain there! I was reading through other comments to see if any one else experienced this. If I had to guess. I think it was my pineal gland vibrating and I started to shift, but my anxiety stoped it. I continued to the end and didn't feel anything but calm and wonder. I was looking at my phone seen 0033 for time and battery was at 44 percent was scrolling down through KZbin and this video is 33 min 44 sec hows that for a sign damn it's a beautiful life once you get over life and move into the real spiritual side of our lives things just get better and better every second of every day thank you to all the amazing spirits and humans that have tried and tested me to get me here today I'm grateful for each and every situation that i have experienced from awesome to the pits of what seemed like hell. Thank you for each and every soul that had to be involved for me to come to the light. Thank God also for the willpower to overcome all the negativity and hell i brought down on myself with a horrible outlook it's amazing to be here today grateful for everything I don't have and the one main thing i still have. A heart to care and treat everyone as one with love and nothing else

Oh I forgot to update: Sometimes I wake up during the night but it doesn't bother me as much. But with tuning fork frequency being used for 2 nights made me not wake up at all.
