Can this be opted in Red and white only ? What controller would you recommend for getting the full function of this bar ?

You can get them in R/W duo. Any controller would work.

You can get red/white, blue/white, red/blue, and also single color. There may be a few more duos that I’m missing.

I have these on 5 ford explorers, is there a way to have cruise "steady burn" on these SL Runners?

Which part number do you have? If they are the newest model and you're using a Soundoff BluePrint Controller, then you can use the remote mode for a Cruise mode or low power control. Otherwise, the only functions are warning modes and steady-burn (full intensity).
