Those few who might have seen it likely would have imagined that somehow the clouds had parted just long enough for this one star to shine through. If its haunting you... While you lay down, think about it deeply. Let your brain go through it, you will figure out a way. Ask yoirself these questions: Why am i feeling this way? What do i learn from this/what have i learned? How can i change it? When you asnwered these in any situation that you feel bad, first youll find a way, second you change bad habits and stop overthinking and third you dont push back bad thoughts into your unconsious anymore so the things hunting you will be easier every day. Sorry for my bad english, i am german.
