Marc is correct on the pronunciation if you' re looking at the world as a Spanish surname, which it is. Dan's pronunciation is simply an acceptance of English-speaking Americans having butchered the pronunciation.

We discussed this the last time this came up and there were some very detailed explanations of how it might be pronounced. Dan famously has said he doesn't read the comments on KZbin. So he still insists he's right. But nice work Graver, someone clearly does look at what's written here

Every year that passes the market goes up so of course Lamar should be offered more. Add in that Lamar is a great culture starter (unlike Kyler) and an MVP winner.
