you have the most fascinating books! I absolutely LOVED the last one of these you did and this one is my new favorite. You dont do anything that usually annoys me with page flipping haha. SOUNDsculptures Excellent :) slow & light finger tip smoothing with a little palm smoothing also mix that with your usual top drawer style and I bet that will get a great reaction No tapping though please, that's overrated ;) Leave it with ya, no rush ;)

SOUNDsculptures I don't have a preference of book in terms of content etc but thanks for asking me about the paper, certainly not a news paper as that can have sharp sounds when turned What I would like and I'm sure many more will is a medium to large size book to allow movement across the pages Ideally the paper would be a Matt finish, not gloss as that can produce squeaks What would be nice is to use a book with the type of paper that feels like very light sandpaper texture to touch but not the type used for a paperback, the one you use here looks about right Hope I'm putting this across ok That would produce a really nice sound if brushed across slowly hope you don't mind me being so specific It's something that isn't done enough and a shame as its a big trigger I'm betting that you really could do that sort of ASMR recording justice As and when and I know it will be superb All the best

What microphone do you use? The sounds are so crisp and intimate!

Thanks! For this video it was the X/Y mics on a Zoom. The sound is reasonable straight off the card, but for ASMR stuff it takes hours in post edit to get happy with it. Hope this helps.
