This was my favorite video thus far & I listen to you a couple times a week. I am in recovery plus I am close to finishing my addiction license clinical hours but have to face my past to explain why I had legal issues many years ago. You just showed me how to go down & heal my younger self by raising her up, loving & forgiving her so I can let go of shame which haunts many chapters of my younger life. I do step work but this adds so much light to my journey & I can’t thank you enough for doing what you do to help so many of us be who we want and deserve to be… free. Thank you so much.

This is what I needed to know. I asked a question within…”what does self-care really mean?”…I found my answer through this teaching. To love myself is to take care of my “lower self”. I take care of my lower self by releasing the load that I stuff down over it all of these years. Oh this is beautiful and very doable.
