Today I stumbled upon a music frequency video that promised to aid "shifting" and I was like: There's no reality I'd rather shift to. Not one where I have my dream job, dream body, my crush, better relatives or where I'm stronger, richer, any -er. I love my fear, my shame, my challenges, my not being with the one I love, my past, my mistakes, my imperfections, everything "wrong" with me and my life. Right now. Today. And I feel so loved, blessed, I feel so free. And that is how I know that, at least for this page of my life, Matt's teachings are true. Because finally I can say I love myself and mean it, without any conditions, regardless of external circumstances. Thank you!

No matter what you are deeply Loved Kimberly! I hear your pain and your cry to let go of that... And I tell you now that wherever you are in life it's perfect timing, no need to beat yourself up about it. Can you accept that even though you might not like the place where you are? Can you say something like: "I respect and accept it that I experience feeling miserable, depressed, full of rage and grief, but I love myself deeply and completely anyway". Try it... don't rush anything, it's okay to be where you are and it's okay to change things whenever you feel you're ready. ❤️

I decided to start blessing and sending love to everything' I encounter in my life, and even though nothing has really changed in my life on the outside, but on the inside.. I feel present and open and patient and joyful. And what else is there? There's so much going on in my life right now that I could feel awful about right now, but when I send out this love and blessings, I am happy, and it feels like it's just stuff that's happening. I don't need to feel any certain way about it. I can choose to see it as life happening
