We've actually adopted a few - I just got out a blank calendar to try to plan out my "aggressive" fall and holiday wish list of activities. Will be adding tortilla soup and margaritas! Looks yummy and can’t wait to try! The best way to shred chicken is with a hand mixer. Easy peasy and done in seconds.

Sounds yummy! I use my Kitchenaid mixer to shred the chicken, that way you don't get it on your hands.

Wait what?! How does that work?

@@TheMagicDads I just boil the chicken and then throw it in the mixing bowl with the flex edge beater and put the mixer on 2 and let it go. Takes 2 minutes or less depending on how shredded you want it.

The best tortilla soup I've ever had was from a chain restaurant (can you believe it??) here called Cozymel's...lordy that stuff was good!!! Great video guys!!!!
