You new here? Cubing has been big on YT since the site started. Dan Brown won a KZbin Award in 2007 for best instructional video for part one of his videos solving a Rubik's Cube. He beat out Soulja Boy who was massive at the time.

Finding souptimmy’s channel was one of the best things to happen to me. Because it motivated me to learn how to solve one, and my passion grew from there. The cubing community is amazing, I’ve only been to two competitions, but I’ve met feliks zemdegs, made a great friend that likes cubing as well, and have just really loved this community. You really don’t have to be that good at speedcubing to have fun and make lifelong friends
