Killer demo, jayme. 😎🤘🏻🎸 I have this pedal on my backup pedalboard and it is one of the best bass distortions I’ve ever own. I’ve been meaning to use the neuro app to create a killer distortion. I would of used the bass metal model. Other than that, this is a killer sounding pedal. I also own a Gemini chorus and it sounds phenomenal.

I love this pedal! I mostly play in church, and my church is a quite conservative and traditional one. So I mostly use it just to spice my tone up a bit. But the Aftershock definitely works very well!

I had this pedal and absolutely loved it. I had to sell it because I needed money and I don’t play in front of people at all anymore. I just record at home and it was a hassle setting it up all the time. I’d love it as a plug-in. It sounds way better through an amp than an interface. You can also cheat and use it as fuzz or overdrive on your guitar using the editor.

Inspiring playing! The metal tone cut through in the mix...I hate that cliché but it rings true🤦 I love that you can share engines from other pedals. I have 3 presets set for bass and 3 for guitar. Running 2 engines per preset gives ridiculous tonal variety. I got into SA pedals for bass but am finding most of them most capable with keys and guitar.

I use this as an always on pedal for a very light tube drive sound. Stacking the tube sound with an Alpha Omega is unreal

I thought the mixed tones were great. The bass tube drive is the secret weapon. I have mine set with it always on and the foot switch toggles a rat in parallel. Best digital drive out there.

I've been a c4 user for a long time, and recently grabbed the atlas comp for some utility, and I've been trying different drives but never really considered the aftershock for some reason. I'm now very much considering it. Just gotta bring the Ultra Wave back (I wanted to love it but I wasn't finding the sounds I thought I would).

Dude .. that were FIVE add blocks. And it is sad, that you don't dived deeper into that pedal. It's real strenght are the two distortion engines with their own EQs. That way you can make a distorted basstone without diving into fartland. You simply use the EQ as a high cut for the first channel and put it around 300 to 500hz. As distortion algorithm you pick the tube or bass tube. For the second channel you put in a low cut around 200 to 300hz. And then the fuzz or high gain simulation of your liking. That way you have that tube driven sound in the lows like you had with that dolly tribute band, but still a real distortion in the mids and highs.

Well Jayme. Just sending a comment on the Streamer bass. I feel it was definitely over the top. But I'm not saying it in a bad way. Just from a tone point of view. No hating here. Because I think you're a ridiculous bass player. Anyways. The streamer was way over the top. But... Depending on how you look at it the song. Was it a bass lead song or not. If it is. It's just fine. If it was to sit in the mix... Then it's over the top. But that doesn't mean you couldn't dial it back a bit. But you know what... I did like it. I'm just saying. I'm a bass man and I'm addicted and I can't help myself. So there. Much Love from the bassman in Minnesota. Keep rockin' it bro.

I think you're too use to the bass being buried in the mix. Warwicks are engineered to cut through the mix!

@@JVMC_ZR1 although that is a valid point about cutting thru the mix. Your view of my view on buried in the mix is not quite right. The bass is the engine of the song. It drives you thru the story of the song. The song is not all about the bass. Although it could be. But not necessarily. It helps tell the story. This is why you need the band. It's a coordinated effort of the group telling the story. Hope this makes sense. Also, Jayme did state in the video to make a comment about "if the bass mix was too much". And I did. Not condemning tho. But what part of the song is he playing. That's all. Go back and read it. Maybe you misunderstood. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just trying to share my thoughts.
