The source audio ecosystem is great. Flexible and high quality sounds. But where it really starts to shine is when you extend it with the soleman and the panel mode. I play bass and have a number of SA effects at the side of the stage (along with compressor and preamp), with only a tuner and Soleman at my feet. It controls the effects, but also a laptop with loops/ samples/ synths and it sets the sound of a midi keyboard on stage. Every song we play has a panel and I order them before a gig according to the set list. I just switch to the next song with one footswitch and all starting sound are set, the other switches set to the right midi notes/cc of the laptop and/or the effects. Works brilliantly. Saves me a lot of tapdancing and because I control the sounds from the laptop we don't have a backing track and can improvise when needed. And all that on top of some great sounds in the effects.

Wondering why when I plug the hub and soleman into the spectrum pedal it does not trigger the pedal off and on after scanning device and saving to a scene :(

I have the LA, Gemini, Nemesis, Vertigo - and the HUB. I have a space left on my HUB. C4?? Ventris (pricey)??

I just bought the Ventris and love it. It is a very clear and spacious reverb. I noticed that it has fuller sound spectrum than my other reverb pedals.

I use the Ventris in all of my live shows! Check my channel to hear it! It is a super powerful pedal!

Everything is digital here, so what's the point really? If digital is your thing, then simply get an Axe-Fx that comes with all the other quality effects in one box and ready to use without any hassle. Or get a Kemper or use any of the high quality Amp Modeller plugins in your DAW. It just does not make sense to me to leave all those easy to use and readily available digital/software platforms and instead using these digital pedals which in essence are nothing but the same pieces of software you can run in your DAW anyway. In fact, why not simply connect your laptop to your amp (like many pros are doing these days) or simply go direct with a laptop and DAW?

How would you put your other favorite pedals between effects from a DAW? This is way more simpler.
@konnektlive

@@MEKnd There are many many devices just for that. For an example out of gazillion, simply google Radial stuff and you will find what you are asking for in very high quality for very reasonable prices. BTW, you know how HUGEEEE a deal is to actually having access to all your VST plugins within your DAW for your guitar/synth instruments? I have more than 5000 effects/instruments within my DAW and for example about 50 different high-end studio quality delay plugins ONLY. Now is not it worth it? ;) There are so many pros using laptops in their live shows anyway and you can look em up easily as well.

@rsmith601 Well, there is an easy fix for that. There are MIDI and other controllers available that can be used to map those controls on a physical surface in any order the user needs to. In fact, that's more or less what is happening on the surface of these pedals anyway. BTW, why not saying that you are the head of the Source Audio in the comment section? ...

I think if you look at the price for the quality of sound and versatility that you get in the source audio stuff it is not even a debate between the much more expensive floor units.
