Nice video about offshore. I'm GOSP operator at Saudi Aramco , and I visited offshore 3 times it's very hard to work on gosp platforms!

Nope, her måtte det gassmåler til. Kamera huset er vanntett til 60 meter så tror ikke kamera hadde vært den verste tennkilden ombord. Men rett skal være rett :-P

Justin Yohannan At least in Norway where this video is from, the most common way to get a job like this is to attend school for 2 years, and then get an apprenticeship for another 2 years. This type of job where one is working on a permanent offshore rotation is typically a very practical job, working with your hands, and not in front of a desk doing engineering and calculations. But when all comes to all, you gotta apply for a job to get a job. That's where your start if you allready got your education ;-)

Nope, we actually try to follow the rules and legislations, and ANYONE can hit the big red stop button if there really is an emergency!! :-) Other than that, yeah, it's kinda similar.
