A undone biscuit was thrown at me in a high volume rush. My response was Sir tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it. He had to leave anger and think. I solved it . It's food for God sake. some people are really messed up within themselves...if you got it together and a can do person wanting service and someone is hopeless and they got a bit of an attitude about it ITS EASY to get into a fit of rage...I've taken action against one person but not a punch...a quick finger strike to a pressure point near his heart...he fcked with me in a few ways while I was in the shop and the third time he did it I made him pay ..it is what it is...some people deserve what they get...does nobody consider this? why is it always the fault of the one who takes some violent action?...what was said and done to them first to provoke it? some people can't be fcked with...if someone wanna try with the wrong person they learn a hard lesson...if the perp is stupid he uses a weapon...for someone smarter they do something away from camera or just use one finger to poke a pressure point and unseen physical damage lasting months and maybe a lifetime

@@choosejesus1910 because when someone makes you really angry and your heart rate increases the urge is to get physical...the process is that you actually suffer a visceral negative reaction in your body from how the person has made you feel...so the urge is to cause suffering to them to get them back...if you don't do it then you are left with the physical suffering that your own mind has given you by not taking action...it's like this...your mind has caused you some physical distress with the insult or whatever transpired and then your mind wants to make this person suffer physical harm too to get them back..that is how it is...don't mess with the wrong person...be clear and direct in what you do not asking again and again "what was that?" or saying something different to what you have been told or other messy little mistakes...some people do it intentionally and some unintentionally...just messed up from some issues they have and it will get them into trouble with an aggressive person...for sure it is happening a lot...some people do not belong in customer service...some of them are mentally ill or drug addicts and if they mess up in their communication with an impatient customer sh!t can get real pretty quick

I guess the mom decided it was time the son moved out. No college, no military, no career. Occasional visits and the problem is off her hands. He might even be able to hang with other family members in the system. Sorry this happened to a McDonald’s employee. Someone who had dreams, was doing good in society, working hard to better himself. My thoughts and prayers for him and his family, specially his mother. I hope he makes a full recovery. McD, we’re all waiting to see how you handle this situation. Also, it’s not “gun violence” it’s violent people committing crimes.

Yep, my family "WAS" into the food indusrty. My youngest nephew was shot in the back of the head because a hamburger had mayonaise on it. Our five family restaurants (in as many states) had over 1000 assault incidents over the past two years. We've shut them all down and are changing fields of industry.

I actually ate at a McDonald's today, the fries were lukewarm. With complete respect & dignity for the establishment & employees, I simply asked for fresh hot fries. It wasn't even worth getting upset over.... And I'll give them the same respect each & every time. As customers we are not above the servers, staff, employees of any establishment - business. No one deserves to die over trivial issues. 🙏🏾🕊️🙏🏻

This is so uncalled for, we just had a similar situation involving food that caused someone to be killed because instead of handling the issue like any civilized individual would they chose install violence. Now we have yet another person that instead of using common sense and going on line and filing a complaint she chose to get her murderous son involved. I feel anyone that calls someone to get involved in a misunderstanding and it escalates into murder they should be charged as well for instigating and creating a hostile environment. Its really sad that some people let food create unnecessary pettiness and lives are lost because of it.
