Sources of Canadian Law

One has to refer to the sources of law to understand how Canadian law applies to a specific legal issue. In Canada (like many other common law jurisdictions), there are three sources of law: legislation, equity and common law. This lectures provides a basic understanding of how to access these sources of law.

How would you initiate common law instead of nisi prius courts in Canada?

Why would the Canadian law prohibits Canadian citizen with Syrian origin (myself) from excersising my full rights as citizen? Why would Canada prohibits one of its best of the best Canadian engineers from engaging in society as Canadian citizen? Are there any antisametic secret laws in Canada that prohibit citizens from excersising their full human rights?

The question is, what do the courts recognize? There are 4 sources of law in Canada. That's where they start. Indigenous customary is not one.

The law of Canada must be changed and be transparent not folling citiznes and embedding secret practices by dividing citizens into two groups (good citizens attacked) and (evil citizens promoted). This division and hypocrasy of double-standards must change. Please help us spread the word and make Canada great, not evil.
