I’ve been looking a tons of different ways to make money online and although retail arbitrage isn’t the most appealing, it makes the most sense and anyone can start with little to no capital or experience. I’ve half assed it and was able to make a few sales so I know it works. If you put 100% into it then it’s only a matter of time before the snowball effect. It’s a great way to get the experience of running a business and once you’re able to make the leap to the next level you have good understanding how to run an Amazon store or retail shop. I started with items I have around the house. I currently have 10 items listed and $140 to reinvest. My goal is to get to 50 listed items which I should be able to do pretty easy. Then we’ll switch the goal to 100 and go from there.

Retail arbitrage is definitely required a lot of capital, he spends a lot of money and he has to wait for right season or people who sell at very low price, wait for them to sold out first so he can sell at higher price

Do you ever run into an issue reselling some of the items due to trademark,etc? For instance, reselling NFL jerseys can get people in trouble from what I understand. I'm still learning and just found your channel.

I don’t worry about it until they pull it. The only way you get in trouble with the eBay Vero system is if you get Vera multiple times from the same brand. So once they pull the same brand from me a couple times then I don’t list it anymore on eBay. And I typically am always taking my own pictures as most of the time the Veros are due to copyrighted images if you use their stock photos. Not always but a lot of times this is what will trigger it.

I am reseller too. Adam, I was wondering can I ship the Christmas decoration by just snapping a label on to it? Or just put a polymailer outside of the original box. How do you ship them?

Anything that has a sturdy box I just tape it up and slap a label on it. If the box is kind of thin, then I will throw it in a poly.

Also should I sharpie over the price tags of clearance item? I’m not sure if I’m wasting time doing that, just feel that the resell price is different and that feels like “wtf” when you see that I suppose.

By listing them. There’s not ungating or anything if that’s what you’re asking. Also, most of the time the retail tags are more than what you’re selling it for so so there’s no reason to Mark through it. If it’s like a Marshalls tag or something, then just take it off.
