My bagels came out with little holes too . Probably from not rolling them out like in the traditional way. But they were a big hit! Have you made hot dog or hamburger rolls Lyds? I’d be curious to see how you make them!!

I think you're right, I'll probably try that next time if I remember. I haven't! I've been curious but since we don't eat those a ton, I haven't tried. But I'm thinking brioche sourdough buns would be amazing....
