Sourdough bread art - how to use a stencil

I just LOVE everything you post! I made many a Christmas tree, or leaves, loaves this holiday for friends and family! I have searched your KZbin but cannot find a video of you pre-shaping, shaping, etc (even making the dough). Would just love to see your process. Thank you for inspiring me!

If you use stencilling instead of scoring, you have to make more deep cuts to give space for oven spring.
