Btw Umai Lab I always activate my starter on the day I bake & it took about 3 hours to more than double. Is it ok to use r do I need to feed again?

It is either your starter is very strong or the temperature is high. If it is more than double, it's good to use in the dough. Do you live in a tropical country?
