Sourdough Cinnamon Swirl Loaf (Fresh milled)

This technique will work with lots of different loaves and different mixes. I use a sourdough sandwich loaf and convert it to raisin bread. This will work with fresh milled flour or store bought flour.
150g raisins soaked in 150g water, then folded in. 2T cinnamon and 1/2cup sugar.
