Sourdough Pumpernickel Rye Bread

Thanks for a great video! Sooooo relatable. You make it look so easy. I'm going to get off the fence and stop being negative about saying to myself "Oh, I could never do that". Yes I will. Also - just learned that the sourdough, and rye flour help to make bread much lower on the glycemic index and is one of the best choices to help blood sugars stay lower.

You’re welcome! If I can do it, you can too. You are right, sourdough is lower on the glycemic index. Sourdough is the healthiest bread you can make. Once you start making sourdough, you’ll love it and want to make everything sourdough. 😊

I enjoyed your video. Rye bread is one of my favorite sourdough breads to bake and I do use caraway seeds as well which to me gives it that real rye taste.
