@ehenry48429 күн бұрын
This is a bit confusing to me because I don't remember getting soursop in the morning we usually drink it in the night because soursop is also an anaesthetic it makes you sleep One child was given a bottle 🍼 of tea and died because it was too strong. Now she just said what I know. How can it keep you awake at school in the day and also makes you sleep in the nights That apart am sure she good at what she does.

But if you suffer from low blood pressur is it safe ?😊
@myislandjamaicaАй бұрын
Hey Pearl, For those with low blood pressure, soursop should be approached with a bit of caution. Soursop is known for its mild blood pressure-lowering properties, which can be helpful for people with high blood pressure but might be a concern for those who already have low blood pressure. For people with low blood pressure, it's usually best to consult with a healthcare professional before adding soursop to their routine, especially if they plan to consume it regularly. This way, they can safely enjoy the benefits without risking further drops in blood pressure.
